Life has many ups and downs, but you don’t have to do it alone. At APC, we want to partner with you through prayer, service, and lay counseling.
APC offers a variety of opportunities to come together in prayer, and everyone is welcome to participate. Other examples of times of corporate prayer include Covenant Fellowship Groups, Adult Choir, and Women’s Morning Bible Study.
Here at Alexandria Presbyterian Church, we want prayer to be the center of everything that we do. We want to fellowship in the presence of our Father casting everything that we have upon him. Rejoicing in the fact that we serve a Lord that wants us to come to Him in prayer.
“And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.” 1 John 5:14

Intercessory Prayer Team
APC has a small group of men and women who are committed to praying regularly for our church: our pastors, those in leadership positions, our various ministries and outreach efforts, members of our congregation, and our building. Contact Pastor Tom if you would like to learn more or serve on this important team.
The Lay Counseling Ministry supports men and women in the APC community who seek to understand life experiences in light of their relationship with Jesus Christ and others. Lay Counselors walk with clients as they come to understand more deeply who they are in Christ and how that has an impact on their needs, hurts, choices and behaviors. Lay Counselors provide confidential, biblical care-giving to individuals and families, while praying for their growth in maturity as image-bearers of our Lord.
It is our goal to help you find the answers you’re searching for. Share with us here to get in touch with our team and take your next steps to finding support at APC.
