Senior Pastor

APC seeks a Senior Pastor who is filled with the Holy Spirit and who will walk alongside the Session to discern God’s vision for APC, leading humbly, prayerfully, and collaboratively. The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader of the congregation, with
responsibility for preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, shepherding the church in accordance with the Scriptures, and directing the growth and alignment of APC’s ministries. The Senior Pastor will work with church officers and staff to nurture the spiritual growth of the
congregation, train and equip the saints for kingdom service, and uphold the purity and peace of the church.

Director of Youth Ministries (DoY)

The Director of Youth Ministries (DoY) develops and sustains APC’s ministry to youth, inside and outside of APC, who are in 6th through 12th grade. They work with both adult and youth leadership volunteers, as well as the Elder for Youth, in leading, equipping, discipling, shepherding, and evangelism in our youth ministries. This is a full-time position (40-50 hours/week including Sunday activities) and includes benefits.

Communications Manager (Part-Time)

The communications manager maintains and develops APC’s communications both inside and outside the congregation through various means described below including website, social media, weekly emails, bulletins, and more.
