Position Summary:  The Director works with the Senior Pastor, the administrative staff and the musicians within APC’s community to ensure the development and execution of APC’s vision for transformational worship, the core of the church’s ministry. The Director leads the worship planning and coordination as well as congregational worship on Sunday. The Director oversees musical ensembles and instrumentalists, shepherds team members, and guides music for non-worship events.

Administrative Assistant

Position Summary: APC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the church staff. The ideal candidate would be an active member of APC, have a servant’s heart, be well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, proficient in Microsoft Office and other software programs, web savvy, and have an ability to multi-task (e.g. answer phones and doorbell, run print jobs, track inventory and order supplies, purchase hospitality items, transfer items between campuses, etc.). Hours for this part-time position will be based upon the workload but are anticipated to take between 20 and 28 hours per week, with normal office workdays, Tuesday-Thursday. 

Hospitality Coordinator

Position Summary: The Hospitality Coordinator spearheads every aspect of our hospitality ministry. This includes creatively planning and envisioning new outreach events and hospitality opportunities throughout the year; and recruiting, instructing, and equipping volunteers for all major events at APC, including providing support for all social committee functions, coffee/fellowship ministry, and other hospitality needs.

Operations Manager

We are hiring a new Operations Manager. For inquiries, please contact Matt Coombs, Executive Director of Ministries.

Position Summary: The Operations Manager maintains and coordinates day-to-day operations at all APC facilities and all facilities used by APC, including the primary point of contact (POC) and liaison for all contractors, custodial, and any rented property or facility.  The Operations Manager maintains the church membership database and is the lead for ensuring the staff have the IT support and infrastructure needed to complete their roles and responsibilities (primary account holder for internet, phone, utilities, Costco, credit card, google workspace, Elexio database, water supply, printer, etc). Additionally, the Operations Manager supports various staff and ministries.
