Nick grew up in a military family and spent most of his childhood moving around the south and southwest portions of the United States. He entered the Air Force directly out of college and met his wife Laura while assigned to Osan Air Base, South Korea in 2009 where she was also serving in the Air Force. They were married in 2014 and have a 7-year-old son, Henry. His Air Force career spanned 21 years, 10 moves, 8 countries, and 5 states before retiring in March of 2025. The Air Force brought them to the Pentagon in 2023 and they have been part of APC ever since.

Nick joined the APC staff as an intern in the Fall of 2024 and was hired as the Operations Manager in March of 2025. As Operations Manager, he enjoys supporting the practical needs of all the various ministries at APC. He likes to say he enables the proper operations of the church from toilets to testimonies.
