Koiniona (coin-o-nea) is a ministry geared toward those in their 20s through to their 30s, singles and married couples. They meet monthly for a time of fellowship and prayer, and also engage in service projects.

Alexandria Presbyterian Church’s philosophy of ministry to young adults is a little different. We don’t have the kind of young adult ministry you might expect to find, and this is deliberate. We desire to be a church family that worships, socializes, and grows together. Just as different generations contribute their gifts and experiences to the body, so do people in different stages of life. Koinonia exists to provide on-ramps to those other ministries, and also as a chance for people in this similar stage of life to connect.
